How far do you think Hawthorn will make it through the finals?

I'm a west coast supporter but love hawks and Carlton. I think they'll get to the last game before the GF but i dunno if they'll get in. It depends on their chances and who they are versing.

I hope they make it all the way ! but they do have some tuff games to face . Port , kangas , bomers and more . I hope they do well they have gone so far.

I would love to see them go through and win it all as i support the Hawks, however, there are many good teams all playing for the top 4.

I think Hawthorn should make it to the last 4 teams fighting for a spot in the GF

First a bit of background on where I think the Hawks are as a team.

I have a soft spot for the Hawks.

I think the Hawks looked fairly shaky early in the year, but found some pretty good form against the lower and middle range sides, they've won the games they should have won and thats why they are, where they are... However, they have struggled against higher quality opposition such as Geelong, Collingwood and Adelaide.

Don't get me wrong, they've done well to get where they are, a staggering achievement considering how young their list is, however, they're in the eight by a small margin. The evenness of this years competition means if they drop 2-3 games late in the year, they could see themselves out of the 8 altogether, and not playing finals at all, having said that there really shouldn't be any reason why they WONT.

So, to answer your question, I think if they do make the finals, they will make it to a Prelim Final at best which will be a positive learning experience for their players, and while it may peeve some Hawks supporters out there to think that "I don't think they're goo enough to reach the Grand Final". don't take it as an insult, because it will make them hungrier for success next year.
