  1. For me, it was when I changed my perception.  Instead of thinking, why is this happening to me, or what am I going to do now....I took what I was going through as a great lesson, learned from my mistakes and took charge.  Going up isn't easy.  I run into roadblocks almost daily.  But I stay positive and things have only gotten better.

  2. oh, the only way to go is up up up up

  3. You may have to hit the very bottom, for thus perhaps seeing and feeling how far down you have had to go. Depending on how hard you will be hitting the bottom, and if you survive it, and how you survive it,

you might then be able to think about the clever way of trying and starting climbing upwards, thru the help of some careful competent others, of some renowned professionals if you have $$$$, and or thru your own diligent personal energies.

You might try and contrive a strategy of survival while carefully thinking about your own possible going down or falling down or being hurled down violently, a strategy for you, or some clever precautions, so that while going down, and more or less severely painfully hitting the hard bottom with your own buttocks or with your own head, you will not die, and neither become irremediably crippled in body and soul,

and thus you might even try and take some sort of recommended metaphorical ladder, or a good rope with you, or some good something else,

so that you might have some more or less reliable equipment, or at least some tool, for your own rescue, for trying and climbing, or rising, or even soaring, upwards

towards the glowing surface, towards the beautiful vision of a brighter horizon, on your way towards safety, towards an apotheosis of certainty and of bliss for your own life and for your own future.

Allow me to wish you a great laugh on your own way upwards upon your own regaining of the rich glowing surface.

  4. The majority of people hit rock bottom before they realise the only way is foward : )

  5. I  got pretty low after i had a still born son. It got so bad that i found myself lying in bed for almost a year . i wouldnt eat or talk to anyone. i finally made up my mind that it wasnt worth dying over.(but i thought it was then). and i tried many times to do stupid stuff. by the time i realized it wasnt worth it i was like 87 pounds and was barely able to walk. sometimes it takes alot. but anyone can come back up

  6. That depends on how much support you have in your life.  Some people have family and friends to help them especially emotionally some people don't have any support at all.  In my life when I have any problem my so called friends go fleeing for the hills.
