How far down should i tighten my bridge on my guitar?

My edge 3 tremolo, aka floyd rose, is a bit higher than it should be and im in standard tuning, and i was wondering how far should i s***w the screws in the back till i know its right. heres a picture of it:

the bottom of the trem should be flat, basically paralel with the strings and aligned flat with the body of the guitar.
