How far in advance can you book eurostar tickets, and how quickly do they sell out?

I'm wanting to go from London to Paris over new year this year for a couple of nights. I live in the UK. I tried this morning to book tickets, but tickets were only available up to the 4th January - is this because they are sold out beyond this or because you can presently only book up to the 4th Jan?

How far in advance can you book normally, does anything special apply to new year and how quickly do they usually sell out?

It's the 4th December, not January - it just appears to be the farthest date in advance that you can book. Try again in a few weeks' time.

With up to twenty services a day, I wouldn't worry about the trains becoming sold out in a hurry.
