How far in advance do I need to make hair appt?

Its a big salon that's open from 8am to 8pm mon through sat so its really not hard to get in. but it seems weird/rude for me to call and schedule for a time in the next day or two.

just  schedule it when you want to. they have better things to do than worry about you being rude.

it's not rude. they're getting paid so it doesn't matter really.

Call whenever and ask when the next available appointment is. They maybe able to fit you in within the next two days if they arent fully booked. There could be even some cancellations. It is not rude to phone and ask for an appointment to suit you : )
