How far into the ocean do North American borders extend?

Is it 200 miles? Like how far out does a gambling ship have to go to be out of U.S. jurisdiction? Please cite your references...

contiguous zone: 24 nm

exclusive economic zone: 200 nm

continental shelf: 200 nm or to the edge of the continental margin

U. S. Maritime claims:

exclusive economic zone: 200 nm

Mexico Maritime claims:  

territorial sea: 12 nm

contiguous zone: 24 nm

exclusive economic zone: 200 nm

In fact, all the Central and North American countries claim a 12-nautical mile jurisdiction with contiguous zones of 24  nautical miles.
