They are both about 4 1/2 hrs away by Train.. ( Cabanes and Benicasim are 25-30 min away from each other in the region of Castellon in the Valencia Community..) Unfortunately Cabanes does not have a train station so your best bet is to take Renfe from Barcelona To Benicasim...

i did that mission last year. The roads are pretty straight forward mate i just remember being on 1 or 2 big highways, you can work it so you dont pay asmuch tolls but it prob will take longer. prob takes about 3-4 hours
