  1. well it's like 4 hours but it's so nice Guadalajara believe I was born there and grew up. this city is beautiful.

  2. You can use the ETN bus company from Guadalajara to Mexico City. They have very comfortable buses, leaving every hour from Guadalajara, the ticket is about 500 pesos (50 USD) and in about 7 hours you'll be in Mexico City.

  3. About 330 miles...5 hrs. 20 minutes driving time.  You can use the website below.  Clcik "driving directions, enter "Guadalajara, Mexico", enter "Coyoacan, Mexico", Click and it will give you a map you can zoom in on and directions.  Best to take the bus, tho, and not drive in Mexico City.

  4. Coyoacán is located in (as you know) IN México city.

If you are thinking to go from Guadalajara and get back the same day, That is not a good idea. You should stay in Mexico city.

From Guadalajara to Mexico it takes about 5 to 6 hours in bus; may be 4 hrs in car. BUT moving in Mexico city could take more than that.

By the way, Freedom is my friend, but he is wrong with the route. From Guadalajara you don't need to go to León if are going to México, you go throw Morelia-Toluca-México highway.

  5. With the new highway you should take like 2 hrs 30 minutes to Leon, Guanajuato, and from there it is 3 hours 30 minutes to Mexico city, if you are lucky with traffic you will take 1 hour to get to Coyoacan.

So you must take 6 hours and a half to 7.

That is a real time, the map may tell you the miles, but it doesn't tell you the real conditions of Mexico City. From the entrance to Coyoacan it is a good hour.

Now, if you take the bus from Guadalajara you will take a little longer.
