About 20 Kms. You may use car or mo-bike in Gurgaon, depending upon the availability. However, in Delhi you may use Bus or Metro or both, depending upon local guidance available to you on day to day basis. Taxi or Car with Driver will be the Best, certainly.

From Old Delhi, it is about 20 km. Unfortunately there aren't too many travel options between Gurgaon and Delhi. A private vehicle is the most preferred mode, also there are buses (both private and state owned) plying between the two places. Many private taxi drivers offer their services too but it is quite unsafe to go for them, especially at odd hours.
