How far is Lajas from San Juan? (Puerto Rico)?

I am planning a family trip and we will probably stay in Fajardo. But I want to go to La Parguera (laguna fosforescente) and Gilligan's Island, so I wonder how far is that from San Juan. I know that Fajardo is about 1 1/2 hrs from San Juan.

Instead of driving all the way there to see La Parguera why dont you see Las Croabas lagoon(the bioluminescent laggon) right in Fajardo?? Its better, it glows much brighter. Also from Fajardo you can take a ferry to Vieques & see the brightest one called Mosquito Bay.

Fajardo is about 45 mins to an hour from San Juan. La Parguera is about 2 hours away.

It will take about 2 hours to travel from San Juan to Lajas.  You will be taking route 18, then route 52 for the most part until you get near Mayaguez.  I don't remember the rest of the route numbers, but there are signs for La Parguera that will keep you in the right direction.
