  1. it's about two miles from north station, if you come in towards south station the train actually stops at the pleasure beach. if you come in at noth station and get a taxi it will cost about £7. if you walk from north station it will take you about half an hour.

  2. there are 2 stations north which is a good 5 min walk from the tower or south which basically takes you to the golden mile

  3. There is a station at the Pleasure Beach and also another one at Blackpool South. But trains run more often too Blackpool North and then you get a bus to the pleasure beach

  4. As someone has already said, there is actually a station at the Pleasure Beach. However it is only served by local trains which run every hour. The trains start at Colne and run via Blackburn and Preston to Blackpool South. For times go to www.nationalrail and use journey planner. Most trains to Blackpool go to North station (All would stop at Preston, where potentially you could change to the local to Pleasure Beach). From North station just walk down to the Prom and catch a tram going south. It's a long walk otherwise!

  5. You will probably arrive at Blackpool North station so the walk is about two miles (though many people do walk this along the beach or prom).  Just jump on a tram it will be pretty cheap.

  6. if you mean blackpool north train station then about half hours walk straight down golden mile (prom)
