I need to catch a flight at 9am. arrival at delhi stn at 7 am. is it possible?

If it is an international flight, you need to get to the airport 3 hours in advance and 2 hours if it is a domestic flight. So, the question is not how far it is, but of planning. In Delhi, distances are not in kilometers, 22 in this case, but time. It will take you about 1 hour to get from the Old Delhi Railway Station to the airport, that is if the taxi driver knows his way, which is mostly not the case.
