It is approx 6 miles, but 15-20 minutes at the most, unless it is in the evening.. then you get stuck in rush hour traffic.

Keep RIGHT onto Ramp 0.4 mi C-26 / CS-187 / San Juan / Isla Verde

Take Ramp (LEFT) onto A-26 [Expreso Baldorioty de Castro] 3.5 mi A-26 / San Juan

Keep RIGHT onto Ramp 142 yds Avenida Roberto H Todd / Santruce Pda 18 / Condado Centro

5 miles  if  you are taking a taxi  go  downstairs and  ask the valet to call you a Tourist Taxi..they have Flat rates to most Tourist spot  ..the condado..old  san juan and the mall are included.

It should be a 10-15 min taxi drive unless you hit traffic.  But the hotel is in between the airport and old San Juan, so you should be able to avoid the worst of the traffic.  See the link below to see a map of the airport and hotel location.
