Hi, It's pretty far.  The famous Grotto of Masabielle is in the southwest of France several hours train ride from Paris.  Two options:

You can take the sncf train from Gare Austerlitz to Lourdes, then take a taxi from Lourdes to the grotto of Masabielle.  It takes around 9 hours to get there.   To get to Gare Austerlitz from the Paris Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord, take metro line #5 in direction Place d'Italie (about 20 minutes from Gare du Nord).

Another faster option is to take high-speed train (TGV) to Bourdeaux, then take SNCF train from Bourdeaux to Lourdes.  This will take about 6 hours total.

You'll need to be able to read french on these sites generally but you can figure this out without difficulty I hope...

You may get a TGV from a station nearby I'm not sure which one but you can check from SNCF.com. Its a 6 hour trip.
