How far is twickenham from heathrow airport?

im traveling to iron maiden on sat and was wondering will a taxi be ok to get there or will i need to get some train

The stadium is about 6 miles from the airport. Taxis are expensive from the airport.

   I would suggest taking the Piccadilly line underground three stops to Hounslow Central (trains leave every 5 minutes). From Houslow Central it's about 2.0 miles to the stadium. You could probably walk , but a taxi will be considerably cheaper from here than from the airport. The distance is much shorter and there is no airport surcharge.

   After the concert there is free shuttle buses that go back to the underground. There is also a rail stop that is within walking distance if you are going to central London.
