  2. dont run for distance. run for time. the longer you run the better workout you get. i would say run at least 30 minutes a day, but you can work up to it. start at 10 and work up each week to 30 minutes. eat healthy too.

  3. It will be best for you not to run. If your looking to loose weight in those areas running will build up muscle. Begin with walking  a mile each day, sweat suits apon sweat suits, find one that will hold the heat in from your waist to your knees. Thats where up need to sweat the most. Walking will save your knees and hips from being replaced in your golden years. Good Luck
