How far will a Hydrogen filled baloon fly over my city? Intelligent answer?

Yesterday i was playing with creating Hydrogen and filled a normal party ballon quite big. I attached a note with my email adress and let it fly!

Now anybody knows, or have done this, how far the ballon will normally go on a light windy day.

And what will have an influence on it(will it rise untill to much water forms and then goes down and dry. or will the ballon shrink in the ?Stratosphere? How high will it go?

Any weather man can tell me what a weather ballon does?

it will most likely act like a helium balloon and rise until it pops.  if you want it to go farther you should get a larger thicker balloon and fill it with more hydrogen.

It will fly 1 kilometer, then explode in the upper atmosphere.
