How fast can a 600cc sportbike go?

A 600 cc motorcycle will do the legal speed limit in any jurisdiction that you care to ride it in. If you have a 250 cc restriction you cannot ride this bike unless you saw off three cylinders.

600cc sport bikes go a lot faster than you'll ever need to drive. And 600cc and 250cc are engine displacements. You can't remove displacement. I don't know Texas' laws, but it sounds like you're stuck with a small bike or scooter if you want to ride legally.

Pretty much any sports 600 will do 130mph+....depending on the particular bike.

Some considerably more.

You can't restrict a 600 down to 250....it's the engine size you are talking about and it can't be altered in that way.

You can restrict the power output, but that isn't the same thing.

The cc's will remain the same.
