  1. Depends on the day of the week, the probation officer and the violation.  Anywhere from a few hours to 72 hours.

    Better in these cases to own up and go in and take your lumps.


  2. The time it takes for a phone call to the on call judge. If you violate your probation, they have every right to, as you are violating a court order.

  3. Depends how fast he or she can type.  Once its completed and the Judge has a chance to read it and sign it then it`s done.  Normally they can even do it via the phone if it`s serious enough.

  4. depends on what you have done?  committed a new crime? very fast (less than 24 hours) or just didn't show up for your meetings, etc. usually takes a few weeks.
