How fast can u go with 8 hp?

is that fast or what? i saw a modifyed riding lawn mover and it has 8 hp? how much is that>?

This is equal to 8 horse power times 33,000ft./min (base measurement of mechanical horsepower,) divided by the lawnmowers weight.

So get the weight of the lawnmower and figure out this formula, 8*(33,000/n) = feet per minute.

You will have to take into account that mechanical horsepower addresses an assumed 32" wheel base and I do not persnally know the wheel base on your lawnmower but I hope this helps.
