How fast can u run in 100 m sprint ?

i got 12.5 seconds today, do u rekon thats fast for a 13 yr old ?

Ya that's pretty good for a 13 year old but I'm a 12 year old and I'm a distance runner and I run a 14.2 so my times not very good but like i said im a distance runner.

Last time i got, 11.7 Seconds, and yes that's good!

When I was Under 13 I ran the hundred in 12.67 (electronic - which would be 12.4 hand held).  It was an all right time.  My school record was 12.10.  The winner of the race where I did 12.67, was 11.90 - that time was about the 5th fastest in the state - Queensland, Australia.  This was 15 years ago.  Therefore, overall 12.5 is a competitive time but not world beating :-)

your faster then me it took me 17 secs to run that i think but my coach said i was fast and that he thinks with some training i could get better but your way fast good job.

at 12 i was at 14.5, so compared to me ur god, but i know im definetely not the best
