I'm a 19 year old female. I played 3 sports year round ever since i was in middle school (softball, basketball and track). I work out almost daily, lift weights and would consider myself very athletic. I played softball my first year at a small college. I use to be able to run a mile in 6:30ish, but let myself get outta shape second semester and can run a mile in 7:15ish now. the only long distance i have run is a half marathon in April. With proper training how fast could i run 3.1 miles by August 15th b/c i was considering going out for XC at my school.
