How fast did you learn and pass your manual or automatic driving lessons?

It's about staying alive not passing tests.

I did it in one week on a manual, but I was driving since I was 11. So what?

took me about ayear and ahalf,passed in manual so can drive anything,so il stick wiv the manual

learn and pass... 6 months maybe. When I actually had the drive to do so it was fairly easy.

2 months & 20 days took my exam after 3 weeks and failed with 2 minors 1 majer

Manual i started on November 1st 07 past my theory on the 20th Decemeber.

got my Practical on the 15th of Febuary (next week) hopefully i pass it if yes i would be

(3 full months and 15 days two lessons a week)

I  passed my motorcycle test giving me the opportunity to drive three wheeler cars,Taught myself to drive them,Later took two lessons in four wheeler cars,Took driving test and passed with flying colours.No timescale,Just enjoyed it.

Less than 2 months, manual transmission (only option in Malaysia). But I like manual driving (even though Auto is very convenient) because you can control the speed of the vehicle with the left foot (in my case, boot) on the clutch pedal, and the right on the accelerator, and one hand on the gearstick.

Okay, why do I refer to boots? Because I'm an automotive personnel, and I've to wear safety boots during working period.

However, for your driving test, wear a footwear most comfortable. Trainers are most suitable for majority, some wears leather shoes/loafers (maybe they're used to dressing smart?) and for some daredevils, Timberland/whatsoever Boots... However, SLIPPERS/FLIP-FLOPS/SANDALS/BAREFOOT AREN'T ALLOWED!

I am female and I started to learn in 2nd week in jan, evening lessons (dark) and I passed end of april so thats 14 weeks of 1 to 1 and a half lessons a week but i did miss a couple of weeks. Passed first time
