I have a 5 month old cat and he is losing teeth like crazy! I just found one a few minutes ago. He's been losing one almost every day it seems like for the last two weeks or so and has little holes all in his gums. I've heard they lose their teeth like puppies and kids do, but he's losing them so fast I'm kind of concerned. Especially since he eats mostly dry cat food. I've been giving him more canned because I've noticed he hasn't been eating his dry as well as he used too. He's been biting a lot more too. I thought at first he was just getting more ornery..but now I think it's because of this. I just want to make sure there isn't something wrong.

  1. They usually star losing their teeth at about 4 months and boy is their breath stinky. At six months, all the adult teeth are in.
