How hard to most little league pitchers throw (11, 12, and 13 years old) how many mph? Also do they usually throw breaking balls like curve balls and sliders? What types of pitches do they mostly throw? I want to know because my brother is going to play next year and he wants to know what kind of pitching he will be facing. Also what are the dimentions of a little league field?

Thanks

  1. i have been watching the little league world series they pitch about 60 but they are the best in the usa so i would say about 50 for a normal kid and they mostly thow fastballs because if throw thoes kind of pitches it will hurt your arm

  2. Drew Ellis of Indiana: Averages 75 MPH

Kennon Fontenot of Louisiana: Averages 80 MPH

Jason Todd of Washington: Averages 76 MPH

Tanner Somthing of Hawaii: Averages 71 MPH

Cale Fierro of South Dakota: Averages 66 MPH

  3. They tend to throw Fastballs at speed topping 101 MPH and make sure your bro watchs out for those screwballs and gyroballs. Kids are famous for throwing them.

  4. im watching the little leauge world series and they trow a fastball at about 70 and a breakingball/change at around 55. thats what ive seen and thats not ehat everyone throws.

bases are 60 feet and mound is like 46 feet

  5. they throw around 70mph! they throw curveballs and fastballs.  at the LLWS the dimentions are 225 to all fields.  60 feet on the base paths. 46.6 feet from mound to plate

    hope that helps

  6. Well the kids in the LLWS through from the 60's to mid 70's. There some of them that throw upper 70's lower 80's. One kid threw like 82 MPH which in the MLB would be 105 MPH

  7. Yeah they throw curves but there gonna s***w up there arms. they usually throw for 50- arounf 80 sometimes

  8. well where I'm from the average kid throws about 65, some throw up to 72-73    and the good ones have some really good breaking balls but most kids like that are going to be in Texas Florida or California I'm not sure where your from

  9. They throw usually from mid 50's to high 70's and thats in mph. Most little league pitchers throw curves. Types of pitches they mostly throw are fastball, change and curve. dimensions of a little league field are 46 feet to homeplate from mound and 60 feet to all bases. Usually the field is 200 feet and sometimes its 215-230. It depends on pitcher
