How fast do water monitors grow?

im moving out in a couple years and i wanted to know how big he will be in 3 years.

They are the second biggest lizard in the world, capable of growing 8 feet long. It will easily be 3 to 4 feet in the first year, and growth will slow down as the lizard ages. Growth is based on feeding, but I think it's safe to say it will be at least 5 feet long at three years of age, give or take.
