90 ish, it depends. It will cruise at about 55 reliably.

It depends on wind resistance, and gearing.  It will get up to perfectly acceptable HIGHWAY speeds if it is a scooter, and it will get to the far side of 100 if it is a motorcycle.  (See why scooters are more expensive? Me niether.)

I own a 250 v-star yamaha, and it reaches 85mph in a flat road, however the 20 ninjas can get up to 110.

Depends completey on the bike, a 2 stroke 250 sports bike should do 120/130mph. The 250gp bikes can do nealry 170mph I think. A 4 stroke 250 road bike should just manage 100mph

I get well over 100 on mine and it is a  cruiser style ride.
