I know of Doo Gro and taking prenatal vitamins. How fast does hair grow with these two products?

Whoa, IF YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT, DO NOT TAKE PRENATAL VITAMINS. Take GNC's Ultra Nourishair, they helped my hair grow a lot quicker, they are inexpensive, and you can get them at Rite Aid. Doo Gro products left my hair greasy and icky, which is not good, just stick with quality hair products, such as Aphogee, Pantene Relaxed & Natural or Paul Mitchell, which ever suits your hair and budget the best. Drink lots and lots of water, excercise at least 30 minutes a day, eat a healthy diet, include foods such as, Salmon, almonds, Chickpeas, Carrots, Chicken Breast, Spinach and other green veggies. Eat about 9 or 10 almonds a day, they are great for the hair. Massage your scalp regularly. Wash and condition atleast once a week, don't use too much heat i.e. hot curlers and dryers. Wrap your hair up with a satin cap at night before bed.

Don't go for the quick gimmicks, taking prenatal vitamins when your not actually pregnant could make you sick. Don't take too many vitamins, your body will only excrete the vitamins that you don't need and it can make you sick and be fatal in extreme cases. Just be patient, remember this, hair grows, your job is to keep it on your head. When you take care of your hair properly it won't become damaged and break off, so it will appear to be growing faster. Hair grows on average 1/2 inch a month which means you could grow up to 6 inches a year, some people's hair grows slower and some faster than average.
