How fast have U ever drove at a stretch and were U caught?

The most speed I have obtained was 135 MPH in a '69 Mustang 351. The most I've been caught doing was 75 in a 55. The most excessive speed I was caught doing in relation to the speed limit was 51 in a 25.

120 many times,car shuts off spark after that,capable of more if not for that.Never got caught.

Not completely sure how fast I was going.  Had a '71 Torino GT and the speedo stopped at 120 in the 2 o'clock position.  I had it wrapped down around the 4 o'clock position where I couldn't see it anymore.  Eventually the side windows were sucked out from the car body about 1/4" and the headliner was sucked down around my head.  That was in a 65 mph zone.

Fastest I've been caught at was 90 in a 65.  Back then (10 years ago) the ticket only cost me $91 but they have more then tripled the ticket costs since then.  I'd actually been up to 120 that time but was coasting when the trooper came over the hill.

Anymore I value my life too much to do that...seen too many freak things happen with cars and animals.

I got up to 140 mph for a few minutes on a Spanish motorway at a quiet time in the summer, had to slow for other traffic rushing towards me backwards. Not caught, the Guardia Civil were on lunch break.

I pegged the needle at 130+ in my parents' Country Squire wagon back in the 70's.  I was traveling down a quiet stretch of 195 towards Fall River, MA on a Sunday morning.  All of a sudden, I see a white Corvette flashing his lights on the other side of the highway.  I slowed down to 55 and about a mile ahead, around a curve, were 4 state troopers with a speed trap set up.  Had that guy not flashed me, I probably still wouldn't have my driver's license!

Ive done 150mph+ on I95 south from PA to Delaware.  Several minutes, several miles.  Have been caught driving 120+ fought it in court, cop didnt have it on radar = lucky me...

the car was a "worked" 2002 pontiac trans-am.   No longer have the "balls" or maybe just the love for my wife and kids has gotten me to slow down a bit....
