It really depends upon the gearing and if you are talking a standard crf150r.  My sons one has had the engine set up by a top professional who does all the pros bikes but otherwise other than suspension being set up for my sons size and weight and an aftermarket pipe the bike is pretty much standard.  With standard gearing it would do about 75km on a fast track.  He recently did the Hattah desert race which runs over 2 hours and they changed the gearing to a 50 tooth rear sprocket and the bike would have been doing around 100 km an hour or just under down the 2 km straight through desert sand.
