How fast is this connection wise? 3500 kb/s Download and 1350 kb/s Upload?

I have Comcast, and I'm curious what the speed of this would be? Like T1, or up? Or is it below that?

if it's 3500 kbps then it's pretty much dsl speed....

t1 speed is around 1.5mbps

It seems to be a very fast and decent connection.Definitely T1 or a bit more than that.Check out these links,they may explain it.
