  1. Fast enough that if he were an American, you'd claim he was doping. Fast enough that if he were Chinese, you'd claim that we would be claiming he was doping. Fact is, the man is fast...very fast...effortlessly fast. I'm looking forward to seeing his top speed in the finals.

  2. Like he can beat the 200 m of Michael Johnson, doing like 19.28 sec

    And the 100 m, like 9.61 sec

We have to wait if he beats Johnson's record at Beijing, but be sure he will do it.

Still, he can compete with guepard, who completes 100 m in like 3 sec at its high speed. We humans don't seem so huge sometimes.

  3. 23.0137479 miles per hour

  4. my friend above me what the h**l is a guepard?????

  5. if you blink you might miss his race

  6. if you do the calculation from 100m in 9.69 seconds, he AVERAGES 23mph.  However, you have to add in two factors...

first that the 23mph is the average and not the top speed.  About half of the 100m is spent accellerating into top speed, and they don't get there until halfway in.  I'd guess that top speed is as much as 30% higher than the average speed.

second is that he jogged the last 15 meters.  He probably would've made a 9.55 or something if he ran full on the whole way.

So overall i'd say his top speed is pretty much around 30mph

  7. 147 mph at top speed.

  8. faster than everybody else....the commentators estimated he could have hit 30 mph, but no one knows for sure.

  9. Around 30 miles an hour and I think he could be 9.56 if he really tried hard.  He should just keep beating it incrementally so he can stay in the news instead of just going all out and taking a huge chunk out of it.  Save it and blast another world record in the next Olympics.
