I think a better question is, how fast is your home networked computers? The only way you can be sure of knowing the speed between computers within your network is by using Speed Meter Pro: http://www.purenetworks.com/product/spee...

It's the only way you can get real time data on traffic flow and speed between your computer and other devices on your network and between your computer and Internet.

But if you're only looking to test basic internet speed (and don't have networked devices or computers using your internet), then I suppose the other speed test may work. But I surely don't recommend it if you're testing on a home network!
