like when i do lat pull downs should i go slowly and feel the burn or go quicker maybe do the first two sets faster and the last slow?? i wanna build muscle how should i do it for best results..actually with all workouts like bench press push ups pull ups dumbell curls tricept extensions etc etc..? should i do the reps fast slow and hold it..hold just the last one for an extra 5 secs how should i do it?http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...another question?
