im 5'9 and i pitch aroung 60 but i through a curve so i use that u sound like a goo 70 75 pitcher

Well, I am 5'9.5 and 13 so I can relate, I play baseball on a team and in our league we see guys reaching 65 mph even 70 mph. Don't throw out your arm. Practice working up to that speed and stretch before you throw. Also, don't forget to warmup before every start.

I say 65-75 mph. I'm 15 and 5'9 and I pitch 80 mph since i used to play outfield that gave me more arm strengh
