  1. you ran around 7:15 per mile on average so i think you should be able to run it in around 24 minutes for you 5k

i think you can break 21 minutes by november; remember to stick with it

i watched rocky balboa yesterday, here is what i learned:

its not how hard you get it

its how hard you can get it, and still move forward

  2. I think you can run in the high 22s or maybe faster since you said it wasn't your best run. If you really put your heart into it, work hard, and stick with it, you can surely run a sub 21 5k by mid November.

  3. considering that your two miles was 14;30 and then 5k= 3 miles, techinically you would add another seven minutes i guess. but if you put in a bit more time accounting for your tiredness maybe you would run it in about 21-24 minutes.

  4. tips: runnning 2 miles quickly to train for a 5km race wont help. running 25km at a comfortable pace and then doing some 5kms and some 2.5kms for a 5km race will help greatly.

  5. I don't think you can break 21 on your first shot, but maybe by the end of the season. If you can run 2 miles in 14.30, I think that you can probably easily get 23:00 on your first shot.

  6. Ur 5k will probably be 23 or high 22s. But I believe u can break 21 by mid november if u train ahrd. Just try ur best during pratices and during the races, give it all u got, dont hold anything back
