How fast would a 40cc petrol go kart go if the kart and the driver weighed around 15 stone

I'm hoping some clever soul can calculate power to weight ratoin or somehting like that

well the solution to finding the speed of someing is speed = distance divided by time.

example: car travels 30 miles in 20 minutes.

speed = ?

and i hope some dumb soul really tells you a number. you can't calculate it like this, there aren't enough informations. actually i'll be the dumb soul: it would go between 0 and 160 km/h (it's terminal velocity, +- 5 km/h).
