How fast would this light kit car go? (REFINED)?

Question

It is a very light kit car, without any accesories or bodykit, weighing in at 1000 lb's, and 150 hp.

The HP/ton is 336 hp/ton. It uses a mazda3 engine, with the following gear ratios (if needed)

1st 3.307

2nd 1.842

3rd 1.310

4th 0.970

5th 0.755

No clue about the tire sizes, but guessing at around 10 inch to 13 inch. It is close to the ground, just able to get over speed bumps.

What will the 0-60 speeds be like?

your power to weight ratio is good, i'd estimate the top end speed to be roughly 140  you didnt mention the final drive ratio so 0 to 60 is a bit hard to say but should be fair
