  1. Opinion was correct.  We have the freedom of free speech that is guaranteed by the First Amendment unlike what is now happening in Canada - heard about this on radio this past week, links below concerning 2 separate cases this year.

We have the freedom to worship different faiths, where as in the Middle East, Russia and most countries in the Far East do not.  You do not realize how  lucky to be living in this country until you traveled overseas.

But activists like the ACLU, PETA, Moveon.org are chipping away at our freedom

  2. Jim, very well put.  I agree with everything you have said.

  3. Right now we have more freedom than anyone else on Earth but it is rapidly being taken from us. NAU talks and all the gun ban, under the table sneak attacks and things liek the patriot act. If we arent careful the ACLU will succeed in taking many of our freedoms. We as a nation need to wake up and take our country back from self serving politicians.

  4. u have unlimited freedom

best way to describe it is

ur free untill u violate someone else's freedom

  5. Very free, there are laws that you have to abide by, but it's not a problem living and obeying those laws with a complete feeling of freedom

  6. Still very free....in spite of Bush's attempts to take away some of those freedoms.

    Bush quote:

the Constitution is "just a god-d**n piece of paper".

  7. Well, not as free as everyone here would lead you to believe, but we're pretty much the most free nation on the planet.

Lately, we're less free than we have been in a long time, thanks to Bush and his Gestapo loving cronies.

It's as free as we want it to be, meaning you have to keep these Constitution destroying yahoos out of political office. It's your choice.

  8. Oh really free, we have a large army inside of the U.S. that the government called the "Law Enforcement" and they need to be respected and if they tell you to do something you have to do it.

The police have really gotten out of hand, at least they have in my town, they are no longer the "american dream" and the helpers in society. They don't help carry old ladies grocieries to their car anymore, they would love to pull that old lady over as soon as she gets out of the store. The job attracts the wrong kind of people, ego pumpers that think they are supeiror to the common citizen. For example a ex-state cop that lives down the road from me shot a vulture of of a stump and he didn't blink an eye. If the right person saw him do that, ie conservation officer, they would fine him on the spot. But he thinks he's above the law because he get's to enforce it.

It's a big problem that nerds all across the country say, "Oh they are the law, they need to be given the biggest honor and respect"...it's bull$hit. and they are only getting worse, using scare tactics, you've saw the "Drink and drive, You'll face the time (or crime)...and now they are even running Ad's, "Buckle up indiana it's the law"...and then they say it's for our safety...that's how they can get away with stripping the citizens of their freedoms and even owning guns or even carrying guns with them, they want the guns they want the power, I can handle my own safety thank you very much...I think change is coming. Another revolution if it gets bad enough...people are getting pissed.
