How fresh is Pizza Hut?

Question

My friends and I are debating how fresh the dough is. Is it frozen? Is it delivered from a local bakery warehouse? I'm sure they don't make it there.

For the record, I hate Pizza Hut "pizza". I used to work at a great Italian pizza restaurant where everything was made on site. Now, THAT was Pizza.

I worked at one for a week and learned the ins and outs pretty quick...I was disgusted to find out it's indeed frozen to the max.

They get tons of boxes of all kinds of frozen dough...there is a different one for each kind of crust pizza basically.

They keep them frozen, until you unload them and put them into these pans with lids to basically "slightly thaw". They are just kind of sitting around for hours on end until it's time to make a pizza.

Which, none of that was fresh either...everything is delivered frozen and stays frozen in nice plastic bags. Until further notice...

well not fresh at all just like berger king,Mcdonald's,taco bell etc... that's why it's called fast food but for pizza i will stay with Gino's by my house in brooklyn it's all made on the spot
