How genuine is electronics for less site on "Yahoo" shopping.?

Had palced order for 2 iphones on "electronics for less" site which is on yahoo shopping, and have paid as per their site payment terms but as of this day no response nor the items dispatched, how can yahoo help to stop this 'SITE' from defrauding people.
