First of all it is not (how give interview ?) rather how to appear for an Inter-view(both viewing each other)....so

1. Knowledge is power (know yourself--& about the Company/person) do some prior research

2. Reveal- you may know a lot  BUT SPEAK-UP TO THE POINT. not more not less.

3. Confidence- whatever you say  do it with full confidence.

4. Ask- ask for what  you have come for ( job or whatever it is)

I don't understand what you're asking here. If you want to interview someone write down a list of questions surrounding the field they have expertise in. Then sit them down or call them on the phone to get your answers.
