How good are Bare Minerals?

ive heard good things and bad things

my skin is medium toned, and i have an occasional zit here and there

i want to try this makeup because i heard it makes ur skin less greasy, (but my sister said it made hers greasier) also the makeup that i usually wear makes my face look really shiny by the end of the day.

sooo do YOU like Bare Minerals? Why or Why not?

Hate them

Why? B/c when you apply them too thick it makes them cakey, and if you apply them sheer enough to where they look good you dont get any SPF sun protection leaving your skin vulnerable to skin damage and wrinkles from the sun damage. + they are expensive but i do like the rocker eye kit by bare minerals it's the greatest!

Try lancomes Tient idole enduringly divne and comfortable makeup, for shine control for up to 14 hours but you may need to blot or powder by the end of the day.

I have used it before, and did not like it. It may've had to do with my skin tone & coloring, but it didn't look good at all. I am very fair, but with pinkish undertones. The fair makeup was yellow! And it didn't blend, but rather just sat on my skin - a powdery, cakey, yellow mess. I don't know how much of this is just the makeup itself, and how much is the color discrepancy, but I figured I'd share my experience. Hope it helps!

i like how it covers my face but when i sweat

i would try clinique good coverage less cost

YES!!!!

I swear by this stuff. It is the best make up that I have ever tried in my life. I have tons of post acne marks on my face and this stuff completely covers them up! Also the make up lasts ALL DAY long. I NEVER have to re-apply it! and ever since I started using it, I havn't had any new pimples! I can't believe that this make up has actually cleared up my skin. which is a miracle and makes it completely worth it right there. Also you only use a little bit of the products everyday so the kit will last for a long time which is another plus. Also I have noticed that this make up makes my skin less greasy than other products. and the foundations have SPF 15 in them so you get sun protection too! My skin is medium toned too and the color matches better than anything else that I've tried before.

Go buy it! It is well worth the price. I will never use any other product then bare minerals ever again. That's how much I love it! :o)
