How good are "Freestyle whatches"?

They are quite cheap and sellers offer they can be used in diving or any other extreme sport......

As far as diving goes I wouldn't trust my life to anything "cheap". I have personally never heard of them nor has any of the people at my dive shop. If you are looking for a diving watch then go with a little better known company. If you are looking for a watch that you can do extreme sports with and not care about when it breaks then you may be ok with that one.
