How good are the TC sounds 12" subs??

Question

I just purchased 2 12" tc sounds subs i believe they are the epic series just wanted to know how good they are. I tried to ghetto rig em for a few mins to see what they do but didnt hear any beat im assuming i need to hook them up correctly with a amp to see how good they are just want to know your opinions

The 2 12'' Epics Are 300-800 Rms & The 12's Are 600 Rms A Piece I Belive. So That Should Be A Total Of 1200 Rms So The Best Amp Should Be The Hifonics BXi 1208D. Its 1200 Rms @ 1 Ohm! And Its Only 249.99!
