How good are you at Mathematics and Science?

And, what are your Sun, Moon, Rising, and Mercury signs?

I am absolutely terrible at Math. It was all I could do in College just to pass. In Science, it depends. Chemistry was an absolute waste---couldn't wrap my head around it, probably due to the fact that there was math involved. Anatomy and Physiology and Biology came very easy to me though. How about you? How do you rate yourself in these subjects?

  1. Hi Marina :D

Well I am good at simple math...lol...but seriously complex step by step math is not my thing at all...I have to have a good teacher for that stuff, but somehow I manage =\

As for science...I am good at biology, chemistry, anatomy...you name it...I can wrap my mind around it & figure it out...very easy for me : )

I never really have trouble with that many subjects...except for math that takes me time  >: I

Ooo, and I find Human Development very interesting as well...

But, it depends on my teachers & how willing I am to learn something or not.

    Good question :D :D :D

  2. my dear friend

    mathematics is the head

will you go anyware only with head

    looks funny

same way not to carry head, legs will carry you then head will receive the respect don't come to conclussion that i am good in one and bad in other

    life is divine and integral

make your leg strong that is chemistry

let your heart  will be strong with some other subject

and finally you carry your smile as mathematics

you integrally receive respect in examinations or in any field of activities

good day and wish you good life

I'm horrible at math. I look at it and all I see is gibberish. I've re-taken Algebra 2 more times than I care to remember, and I retain nothing from my lessons, even with wonderful teachers. Chemisty also gives me trouble because it's too 'mathy.'

However, like you I'm pretty good at Biology and Anatomy, and I enjoy them. I also love Psychology. To be honest, anything not involving Math, Drawing/Painting, or the trade school classes (Construction, Mechanics, etc) comes pretty easy to me. I enjoy anything having to do with reading, writing, performing, the arts, and Philosophy/Sociology/Theology. I also get a big kick out of studying human bodies and minds.

Learning is my favorite thing to do!

  4. im a whizz at math(:

    science im okayy.

  5. I love Math, Psychology, Philosophy and English! They were my best subjects.

I liked Science and History too but as far as being a "natural" the above subjects were "my thing"!  I love words, I love studying people/behavior, I love philosophy and I love mathematics (math is logical to me and I like that about it)!

    Sun: Sadge

    Moon: Leo

    Ascendant: Gemini

  6. I guess psychology would be something you are good at since you have a heavy water sign influence. Water signs are very intuitive. I absolutely suck at advanced math. I failed geometry and chemistry in high school, but got As and Bs in English, French, Social Studies. I only went to college for a year and a half. I did well in English, Speech, Psychology and barely got through Algebra.

    Mercury in Aquarius

  7. Well, I tend to enjoy academic study in general, and did well in all of my classes. However, as far as interests are concerned, I am definitely not as into math and science as I am with English and Philosophy. I've always enjoyed the social sciences though, and I am particularly fond of Psychology. What I like about math is how objective it is, but it tends to sift through my head like sand. I do well for the tests, and then I forget everything. Science is not that bad for me, and I definitely find it interesting, but it's just not something I would pursue relentlessly. I do enjoy Music Theory, which is sort of a science of music in a sense, and requires a lot of research and analysis.

  8. I love both subjects. Science was always easy for me, especially physiology, and that was my first major. When I decided to go into engineering, I had to work much harder to understand advanced mathematics.

    Pisces Sun/Libra Rising/Libra Moon/Pisces Mercury

  9. Pretty handy in Math and Physics but not as much in Chemistry and Biology. I know it's because the two subjects I'm better at require calculations and all you have to do to master them is by redoing problems. I enjoy studying for those two subjects because I study with rock music on so it's not so much of a chore for me as it is for others. As for Chem and Bio, let's just say that I'd rather write paragraphs instead of read them. When I study for those two, the room's dead silent.

Pisces Sun. Virgo Moon. Taurus Rising. Pisces Mercury.

  10. I am scorpion and i'm interested in anything including sciences and maths that needs vedantic brain

  11. I have almost the exact situation..I was never great at Algebra or Chemistry. I completely understood Earth Sciences. I did well in Physics.

I ended up in the Electronics field, so I had to step it up in the math department....

    Capricorn Sun/Aqua moon/Cap Merc/Pisces Rising

  12. i like math because it is interesting how equations can be solved in many different ways. i appreciate its objectiveness but i do not like to DO math. lol. i did better in sciences like chemistry and physics (even tho they involve math - but on a lesser context) on the other hand, and find it much more interesting than just plain math.

still if i could choose, i would choose things like psychology, sociology, law, literature etc. haa. im not made for just plain math but i do like accountings and am good at it lol.
