School ends on friday and i cant wait for my sophmore year of cross country. I hope i can make it somewere with this career and can run for a good college. Just want to see some of your times. Dont want it to seem like i am showing off, sorry.

i'm hoping for anywhere under 30min

i know it seems slow but i've never tried it before

  4. I run a 6 min mile. and I'm in 9th grade. but im improving!

  5. I'm a guy. 17:32 over 6 km hilly course,70km winds and still only came 7 th in state when I was 14. That is 9th grade.

  6. I'm a freshman class of 2011. My times this school year were:

    Mile: 4:42

    2Mile: 10:32

    3Mile: 17:58

    5k: 18:24

    800: 2:11

  7. A senior in my school ran a 15:27, i dont know if thats what you are looking for

  8. 800- 2:34

    1600- 5:41

    3200-  12:17

    5K (cross-country)- 20:25

I'm an 8th grade girl. I did all these times this year, except I did that 3200 time last year!

  9. I run a 5k in 16:37, I am a sophomore girl, so yeah. For your age, your time is pretty good.

    Good Luck with Cross Country!!!!

  10. I dont like long distance running :/

  11. My times were in the low 18s as a Frosh so my times are around the same as yours and I am way ahead of any of the other freshmans at my school that run.  I was second on my Varsity team with a PR of 18:10.  .

  12. I dont want to discuss about running times, its not that important. I already had many medals but the best i had is when i competed a 16km cross country (mountain, cliff and river run) where a runner got an accident and the area is not accessible for rescue. I crossed the line and placed and went back again to rescue him (since nobody is capable of going to him that fast).
