Is there any improvements needed? Change players etc. I am looking to get Devon Hester

First off, forget about Devon Hester.  They have no QB to get him the ball.  Your team looks okay.  Jackson might sit out the season which would really put you in trouble.  I would drop Clark and try and find another WR or RB that could have a breakout year.  You can always pick up a TE for your bye week of your starter.  Someone like DeAngelo Williams might be available who you could trade for someone later or if Jackson sits out, you have an extra guy for that spot.

Pretty solid team, but I would say you are a little week on the WR side tho. I have hester on my team on the bench.  He'll only be a nice pick-up if the bears use him in the offense more this season. Good luck
