I don't believe that Jeev is related to Vijay. However, he has made a splash on the Asian tour, has played and is playing the European Tour. So he is much better than a great many golfers if he ranks within the top 100 worldwide.

If he practices with the same determination as VJ It'll take him a few years, but he'll be a contender every week.  hes got talent!

He is 87th in the World Golf Rankings this week. I don't think he plays very often on the PGA tour. I think he may play mostly on the European tour. Of course, he shows up for the majors.
