Question:

How good is a Kodak Easyshare C813?

Could anyone who has one tell me what you think, how good are pictures in low light?

How good are the pictures when the camera is shaking, e.g. in a car?

Does it have the option of 'burst' mode, where it continusly takes pictures if you hold down the button?

Anything else about this camera good/bad, also, bear in mind that this camera is only £50-£60, so it cant be all good!

Thanks.

  1. Are you in England or USA? Because in the US, it's about $80+

This is a REALLY good camera...

You have to upload your video onto the computer after you have installed the disc. Then, it will take a few minutes, maybe a half hour, depending on how many things you have and how long they are....

If you plan on watching your video on the camera, it won't have any sound because, there are no speakers!!

Really good camera! The only thing my concern is when using Windows Movie Maker to make your videos and stuff, it will be hard to find your videos!

  2. please search here. You will get everything

  3. Hi Mousey,

The Kodak C813 really is a cracking camera. The picture quality is very good for the price, helped greatly by its 8 megapixels.

It has an image stabilisation function which will really help if you have got a slightly shaky hand, although I would also recommend the Job Gorilla tripod which you can attach to almost everything!

Unfortunately the C813 doesn't have a 'burst' mode, but as you say, for £60 it’s not going to have everything.

Let us know how you get on.

  4. These are entry level cameras and really you would be better off spending the same money on a good s/h model from a better maker.  Another idea for you - unfortunately i cannot remember the EXACT website name, but if you go onto ebay and put a search on for Panasonic Lumix DMC LX1 cameras the results will show a seller with more than one at £145 and the screen name very similar to  'cleargear'.  They are actually Jessops site for selling their ex-display stock, click on visit their shop tab and you will get their full sale lists. You will find something far better than Kodak in your price range and it will have warranty.

  5. I've compared at least six or more cameras here side by side and they all can't compare to the price and features of the Kodak you wanted. You made the right choice just take a look:

    Hope it helps!
